Our first trailer that we acquired for rental. This very-well maintained unit includes accommodations for four, heat, AC, dining (refrige and micro), plus water and 30 amps of electric service. One primary bedroom with a double bed, plus a fold-out couch that also sleeps two. This unit also includes a wooden deck nearly as big as the RV itself. Comes with a picnic table, fire ring and deck-top outdoor grill. This unit has water, allowing for hand-washing, kitchen use and use of the commode. This unit also has a 2nd private entrance to the deck from the bedroom. Very close to the front of the campground, and within easy walking distance of the showerhouse, restrooms and pool. This site allows for a front-row seat to the campground, where you'll see most of the foot traffic coming and going. This site usually gets a few bars of 5g cell service.

This unit is not equipped with hot water, a cooking stove or a shower. No pets allowed in our rental units, and there is a mandatory, $100 cash deposit required to reserve this unit.

Very close to the front of the campground, and within easy walking distance of the shower house, restrooms and pool. This site allows for a front-row seat to the campground, where you'll see most of the foot traffic coming and going. This site usually gets at least a few bars of 5g cell service. Also one of our shadier sites.

Presently we have one cabin available for rent. This unit is just steps away from the pool.

Has available accommodations for up to four people: one double bed and a bunkbed. This is a single-room cabin, and has a refrige, micro and AC. The front porch offers bistro-style seating for two, and allows for a wide-angle view of the front half of the campground.

This unit does not have any restroom amenities, nor does it have any running water. There is a water spigot nearby, plus a fire ring and picnic table. Parking for one vehicle next to the cabin. 

There are two convenient tent camping sites immediately adjacent to the cabin, to allow you to invite some friends who can reserve those sites (at additional cost) and be right next to your cabin. 

No pets allowed in the cabin, and we require a $100 cash deposit per reservation.

We had a great 2024 season, and it's now the middle of November. We are hunkering down to get ourselves through the winter, and getting some things ready for the 2025 season.

We are getting three more RV rentals for a total of five that will be available for the 2025 season and beyond. All of our rentals will cater to those who don't have camping equipment of their own, or who simply don't want to mess with the set up and break down. 

Also new for 2025 and beyond will be showers and restrooms at the pool area. Since forever, the only shower and restroom facilities were in the main building. This forced pool users to trek outside the pool area to head to the restrooms. This new addition will eliminate the need to vacate the pool area.

Something else we are working on, new for 2025, will be a food trailer. We're still figuring out how we're going to make this happen, as far as where it's going to be placed and getting the thing wired up for electric use. We're also putting together a menu full of some campground favorites, as well as some of our own Misthaven selections.
