What's new?

Our first trailer that we acquired for rental, and new for 2024. This very-well maintained unit includes accommodations for four, heat, AC, dining (refrige and micro), plus water and 30 amps of electric service. One primary bedroom with a double bed, plus a fold-out couch that also sleeps two. This unit also includes a wooden deck nearly as big as the RV itself. Comes with a picnic table, fire ring and deck-top outdoor grill. This unit has water, allowing for hand-washing, kitchen use and use of the commode. This unit also has a 2nd private entrance to the deck from the bedroom. Very close to the front of the campground, and within easy walking distance of the showerhouse, restrooms and pool. This site allows for a front-row seat to the campground, where you'll see most of the foot traffic coming and going. This site usually gets a few bars of 5g cell service.

This unit is not equipped with hot water, a cooking stove or a shower. No pets allowed in our rental units, and there is a mandatory, $100 cash deposit required to reserve this unit.

Located just steps from the pool, the rustic deck gives a wide angle view to the front of the campground and pool itself. Sleeps four, with a double bed and a bunk bed. Heat and AC, plus basic dining amenities including refrige and micro. Bar seating for two inside and bistro-style seating for two on the deck. As with all our sites, the cabin also includes its own picnic table and fire ring. Even includes some antiques dating from the 1880's. This site also normally gets 5g cell service.
