RV & CABIN RENTAL PIX

Our first trailer that we acquired for rental. This very-well maintained unit includes accommodations for four, heat, AC, dining (refrige and micro), plus water and 30 amps of electric service. One primary bedroom with a double bed, plus a fold-out couch that also sleeps two. This unit also includes a wooden deck nearly as big as the RV itself. Comes with a picnic table, fire ring and deck-top outdoor grill. This unit has water, allowing for hand-washing, kitchen use and use of the commode. This unit also has a 2nd private entrance to the deck from the bedroom. Very close to the front of the campground, and within easy walking distance of the showerhouse, restrooms and pool. This site allows for a front-row seat to the campground, where you'll see most of the foot traffic coming and going. This site usually gets a few bars of 5g cell service.

This unit is not equipped with hot water, a cooking stove or a shower. No pets allowed in our rental units, and there is a mandatory, $100 cash deposit required to reserve this unit. Occasionally we need to move an existing reservation from one RV to another. This is done if we notice a repair is needed, or for some other reason requiring immediate attention. It's uncommon, but when we need to do this, we will try to switch to a similar RV with similar amenities.

Very close to the front of the campground, and within easy walking distance of the shower house, restrooms and pool. Also one of our shadier sites.

Presently we have one cabin available for rent. This unit is just steps away from the pool.

Has available accommodations for up to four people: one double bed and a bunkbed. This is a single-room cabin, and has a refrige, micro and AC. The front porch offers bistro-style seating for two, and allows for a wide-angle view of the front half of the campground.

This unit does not have any restroom amenities, nor does it have any running water. There is a water spigot nearby, plus a fire ring and picnic table. Parking for one vehicle next to the cabin. 

There are two convenient tent camping sites immediately adjacent to the cabin, to allow you to invite some friends who can reserve those sites (at additional cost) and be right next to your cabin. 

No pets allowed in the cabin, and we require a $100 cash deposit per reservation.
