Refunds, Cancellations, etc.

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts  of nature, or evictions. Refunds will be processed and refunded in the same form that it was originally paid, or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date  the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via  credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit  card used, no exceptions.

All reservations:

3+ weeks out: 

• Refund minus $25 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit

2+ weeks out: 

• 50% of reservation issued in camp credit or 50% of reservation forfeited

Less than two weeks out: 

• Full reservation forfeited
• Owner/Managers have discretion on cancelations and subsequent refunds.

If you need to cancel for any reason and do not wish to be constrained by the above refund limitations, you are always welcome to try to find someone else to take your reservation. That person must be a camp member and must abide by all the rules and regulations and sign all the documentation just as you have.

Since we cannot always find someone to fill your reservation it is extremely important that you be 100% sure of your reservation plans before committing to the reservation in the first place. We have employees and supplies that need to be purchased, and those obligations often cannot be met when there are haphazard reservations being cancelled left and right for every reason under the sun. 

Also keep in mind that once you make a reservation, we may not be able to extend your stay either a few days before your expected arrival date, or a few days after. This is because someone else may have reserved your site before or after your visit. If you need to add on a couple days here or there, we will do our best to try to accommodate, but sometimes the only option will be to move you to a different campsite that is open and can accommodate your equipment, trailer, etc.
